Management von tiefen Leisteninfektionen

Postoperative Infektionen in der Leistenregion sind eine klinisch relevante und herausfordernde Komplikation in der Gefäßmedizin. Das Management erfordert eine rasche, interdisziplinäre Diagnostik und ein stadiengerechtes therapeutisches Vorgehen unter Berücksichtigung der chirurgischen, infektiologischen und ggf. intensivmedizinischen Aspekte. Dieser Artikel beschreibt Ursachen, Diagnostik und Behandlungsstrategien mit Beispielen aus der Praxis.
